Ingredients: Organic Butterfly pea flower, Organic Lemon balm, Organic Lemon verbena, Organic Rosehips, Organic Chamomile & Organic Lavender
 
Directions: Boil water, add 1tsp of herb per 8oz, steep for 4-5 min, enjoy!
